Brakes Plus is Phenomenal! The Mechanic by the name of Will took very good care of my vehicle. He was even able to tell me the reason why my car is always burns oil! I would bring my vehicle back to him again. Thank You Will for taking good care of my car!!

Had to get a quick emissions test for an appointment at the DMV. It was last minute for me so I chose this location. I walked in and the manager greeted me he was very pleasant didn’t catch his name. Another young man, came in from outside and assisted me. He was also pleasant, even laughing at my corny jokes about marriage. It took some time but it was faster than a normal run to a mechanic. The guy told me 15 mins, he should have clarified it would be 15 mins from the start of the test not including the wait 😁, overall great experience. They pulled my car around and the manager opened the door for me. I would highly recommend this location to anyone with car service needs.

Mr Jeff Houston was very knowledgeable and answered all of my many questions. They got me in and out, even though I did not have an appointment. The staff was very pleasant and the lobby was a nice and clean. I will definitely be coming back for my next maintenance needs.

Fantastic experience. I would recommend this place to anyone needing their brakes fixed. They provide free brake inspections. Vanessa was extremely courteous, professional, and knowledgable about what needed to be fixed. They machined the rotors instead of replacing them which saved me a lot of money. They even checked my CarFax and recommended some services that were due based on the maintenance schedule for my car. That will probably save me a lot of money in repair costs in the future. Jacob Hillman is running a top notch operation there. Thank you all. My brakes are operating perfectly now.

Will not trust for any major repair or replacement ever again. In September 2024 I brought my Buick Enclave to this Brakes Plus location to completely replace the HVAC system, mostly because it was close enough to walk back to my house while repairs were done, this was a horrible mistake. Upon completion I immediately noticed a whirring sound that only occurred when the new compressor was activated, I brought it back within a day or two for inspection. To their credit, they went as far as doing a ride along with me but the technician would not acknowledge that the sound was as a result of the a/c system but said it could be the transmission. They tested the system and there were no leaks. They wouldn't replace the compressor or anything else unless there was a leak. It came with a 12 month/12,000 mile warranty. The sounds continued and I always noticed it, but the a/c blew cold and I just figured whatever part they used to replace my old system made this noise as it operated. Fast forward approximately 16 months to January 2026 and the system completely drained itself of refrigerant in the parking lot of my kids daycare. Wouldn't you know it we are out of warranty. I would hope
